By engaging in services provided by Total International Training & Assessment Network (the "Review Center"), the Client agrees to adhere to the following terms and conditions. The Review Center offers educational services, including tutoring, exam preparation, and academic consultation, and the Client agrees to pay all associated fees promptly. The Client must attend all scheduled sessions and communicate any cancellations or requests for rescheduling in advance. All client information shared during sessions will be kept confidential. The materials, resources, and any proprietary content provided by the Review Center are its intellectual property. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials—whether in physical or digital form—without prior written permission. Unauthorized dissemination, copying, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

By enrolling in the Review Center, the Client grants permission for the Review Center to use their name, image, and testimonials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and website content. The Client acknowledges that they will not receive any compensation for such use. If the Client wishes to opt out, they must submit a written request. Clients must conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during interactions with Review Center staff and other clients. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct may result in termination of services without refund. The Review Center shall not be liable or any damages resulting from the use or inability to use its services. The Review Center does not guarantee exam success, and academic outcomes depend on the Client's effort and engagement.

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice, and any outstanding fees shall become immediately due and payable upon termination. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Review Center reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with amendments becoming effective immediately upon posting on the Review Center’s website or notifying the Client through official channels. By enrolling in the Review Center, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
